On this occasion of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new, heads of each department successively provided in-depth summaries of their department's main achievements, existing problems and challenges, as well as experiences and lessons learned in 2024. At the same time, they clarified the development direction and goals for the new year and presented outlooks and plans for the work in 2025.

Firstly, Wang Zhongshun, General Manager of the R&D and Operations Department, summarized the work performance of the past year and pointed out the deficiencies in the work. Cost control in various aspects such as technology, procurement, and production management still needs further enhancement, and product development progress has been slow. Subsequently, he elaborated on the key work focuses and goals for the next year in terms of product development, process improvement, cost control, and enterprise management. He particularly emphasized the expansion of the photovoltaic mounting system market and the application of intelligent technology in smart busbars across the entire product line to enhance the competitiveness of the company's products and meet the market's demand for more intelligent products.

Next, Feng Haimei, General Manager of the Sales Department, acknowledged the hard work and unremitting efforts of her colleagues in the Sales Department over the past year. Sales performance in 2024 increased by 50% compared to 2023. However, she also pointed out the current problems and challenges faced. We are under competitive pressure from various aspects such as pricing, innovation, and service. Although our products have received positive feedback in the market, they lack innovation, making it difficult to meet some customers' demands for new products and technologies. Additionally, during peak order periods, some products experienced delivery delays, affecting the smooth execution of delivery plans, which also exposed certain deficiencies in our supply chain management. In 2025, we need to further improve internal management, strengthen team collaboration and employee training, continue to enhance market research, deeply understand customer needs, continuously optimize products and services to boost our market competitiveness. At the same time, we will strengthen team building and talent development. Only by establishing an efficient internal management system and improving employees' professionalism and skill levels can we better meet market demands and provide strong support for the company's sustainable development.

Zhu Ruiyong, General Manager of the Production Technology Department, summarized the production situation of bridge and busbar systems in 2024 and acknowledged the quality inspection work. In 2024, quality inspection strengthened the inspection of semi-finished products before outsourcing and raw materials, avoiding many errors and significantly improving product quality management compared to the previous year. However, he also pointed out existing problems in the work. The company has a wide variety of products and materials, making 5S management challenging, and the utilization rate of long-term surplus materials is low. The standardization of products has progressed slowly, with numerous measurements required for individual projects, resulting in significant repeated workload for design, production, procurement, and shipping. Auxiliary materials arrive slowly, hindering packaging and assembly work. The implementation of safety inventory settings needs further enhancement. He also provided valuable suggestions for the company's development in 2025, including establishing an internal knowledge and skills database, strengthening the quality awareness of each team, increasing after-sales service personnel and enhancing services after projects arrive at the site to promptly address issues.

Wang Cheng, General Manager of the Complete Technical Department, introduced the situation of electrical complete projects, which remained basically the same as the previous year, with a goal of achieving 30% growth in 2025. The strength of an enterprise cannot be separated from innovation, which is essential for its development. Currently, our products lack sufficient innovative capacity and a strong sense of innovation. We cannot be content with the present situation and must break inertial thinking. At the same time, he pointed out areas for improvement in 2025. Quotation technicians must strictly follow the company's quotation process, and designers must design scientifically and reasonably to avoid material waste. They should reduce design disclosure time, ensure precise procurement plans, and use surplus materials within the allowed range to reduce inventory accumulation. Detailed technical requirements and various production instructions should be added to the drawings to facilitate production and installation in the workshop. The MES system should be strictly implemented to optimize the entire production process from order placement to product completion through information transmission, effectively guiding the production process and utilizing barcode data collection to establish detailed product information, including manufacturing processes, component configurations, and quality inspection data, thereby achieving informatization and data-driven management of the production process.

Subsequently, Manager Wu Chunxiang from the Quality Inspection Department, Manager Han Yannan from the Procurement Department, and Director Wei Min from the Office respectively summarized and planned their departmental work and pointed out existing problems.

Chairman Zhang Zhenghong summarized the work for the entire year and commended employees who performed outstandingly in the past year. He mentioned that sales are the linchpin of an enterprise, and their success directly affects the survival of the enterprise. To excel in sales, one must not only have a broad mindset and perspective but also courage. For example, Wang Zhongbin, whose sales performance led the way this year, faced challenges head-on and dared to turn the impossible into possible. He personally handled every opportunity and feedback, keenly capturing market information and deeply exploring customer needs to truly satisfy customers. The Sales Department's work is complex, requiring both external communication and internal management. Comrade Feng Haimei, General Manager of the Sales Department, organized the department's work in an orderly manner. This year, the Sales Department faced a heavy workload of bidding, and Comrade Zhu Haiping from the Bidding Office promptly completed the bidding work, often working overtime for this purpose. Other members of the Sales Department also made great efforts in work coordination and communication to promptly meet customer needs and maintain the company's image. The Production Department basically completed production tasks on time and made great efforts in product delivery. General Manager Zhu Ruiyong always visited the production frontline, had a clear understanding of production progress, and effectively and orderly supervised product quality. The technical staff had no complaints about their work arrangements and provided strong technical support for the enterprise. All production teams, packaging, and shipping departments cooperated with the company to complete production tasks by working overtime. The Complete Technical Department also played its role in the company's development. Especially this year, Comrade Wang Cheng took the lead in the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Foreign Engineering and Construction Corporation Limited (CNFEC) project and numerous overseas projects, leading his department to make tremendous efforts in design and production to ensure the timely completion of projects. Comrade Chen Yuanliang stayed abroad for an extended period during the CNFEC project construction, providing comprehensive technical support and assistance. Departments such as Procurement, Finance, and the Office also played important supporting roles. Chairman Zhang thanked everyone for their hard work over the past year.
