Introduction to Jiangsu Busbar: Compact Busway Troughs
The compact interior adopts a typical sandwich structure, characterized by rational design and superior performance. It features stability, reliability, high power distribution efficiency, excellent heat dissipation, low voltage drop, resistance to mechanical impact, and ease of installation. With current ratings ranging from 250A to 6300A, it can meet the power transmission and distribution needs of different user groups.
Sandwich Conductor Structure
Fully dense throughout, it does not create a "chimney effect."
Compact structure, occupying less building space.
Conductors are tightly arranged for overall heat dissipation, resulting in lower temperature rise.
Busbars at the socket do not bend, ensuring high density and low impedance.
Phase error prevention design ensures correct phase sequence during installation.
Current-carrying capacity is not affected by installation location or method.
Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Enclosure
The busbar trunking system utilizes lightweight, extruded aluminum alloy profiles as its enclosure, with a thickness of no less than 2mm. This provides high mechanical strength and can easily withstand various special application conditions.
The spray-coated enclosure exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand a salt spray test for 1200 hours.
The aluminum alloy enclosure offers superior heat dissipation performance, with a heat dissipation capacity twice that of steel enclosures.
The aluminum alloy enclosure with serrated fins has a heat dissipation area more than 1.5 times that of ordinary enclosures, improving heat dissipation conditions and enhancing current-carrying capacity. It also possesses excellent electrical conductivity, with the overall enclosure providing a grounding capacity of not less than 50% of the phase line.
The aluminum alloy enclosure is a non-magnetic, environmentally friendly material that effectively avoids the impact of eddy current and hysteresis losses on the busbar trunking system.
