Okey Electric Conducts Training for Frontline Production Employees to Strengthen Quality Awareness and On-site Management
Last Friday, Jiangsu Okey Electric Co., Ltd. held a special training session in the conference room for frontline production employees. The training was led by Mr. Wang Zhongshun, the Deputy General Manager of the company, and Mr. Zhu, the head of the Production Technology Department. The aim was to enhance employees' quality awareness, on-site management capabilities, and operational standardization, further implementing the company's production management system. He highlighted the application of 6S management (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) in the production site, using actual cases to demonstrate to employees the significance of a clean and orderly work environment for improving work efficiency and product quality. At the same time, he provided detailed explanations on equipment operation, material management, and other aspects, requiring employees to strictly follow operating procedures to ensure production safety and quality stability.
During the training, Mr. Wang and Mr. Zhu also conducted an in-depth analysis of the five key factors affecting product quality—people, machines, materials, methods, and environment—based on Okey Electric's actual situation. They pointed out that employees are the first element of quality control, and only by continuously improving employees' literacy and skill levels can product quality be fundamentally guaranteed. At the same time, the maintenance of equipment, the selection and inspection of materials, compliance with regulations, and the improvement of the environment are also indispensable links in enhancing product quality.
